ITINERARY

Meet up your guide and rickshaw driver around 6pm at your central hotel. Absorb the city twilight whilst riding smoothly alongside tree-lined streets.

Your first stop is a charming bar with good vibes. After some introduction, try to order for yourself a nice drink in Vietnamese. Huda beer, the Hue pride is said to be made with water from the Perfume River and offer a

bold taste. Wet your taste bud with some first bites of Hue’s grill and roll.

Let us switch to a more mindful atmosphere and healthy eating as you explore vegetarian cuisine. Hue is the land of Buddhism. From the royal court, pagoda to commoner’s families, vegetarian cuisine is an art of expression than simply filling up the stomach. Enjoy fun cooking a veggie hotpot altogether or try unmissable fermented tofu, proclaimed “Asian cheese”.

Gradually, leave behind the modern city to enter the ancient citadel. Take some walk, stop for photos and trade curious stories along small lanes with many street food stands. A feast of sights, scents, and sounds.

Pop in a Banh Khoai bistro. This delicacy’s name suggest double meaning, either pancake made with smok or for pleasure eating. The kitchen is open for you to try making one with the guidance of the friendly cook. The pleasurable part resides in the way you enjoy it. All secret philosophy wrapped in one bite.

Hue is famous for its sweet soup dessert “Chè”, with more than a hundred variety and fifty shades of colours and tastes. More than a fun tasting it will be a sweet memory to complete you sweet culinary evening.
